Candles That Keep Giving

We believe sustainability is soulful. Bring back a candle vessel originally purchased from Heart Notes Candle Bar to refill it with a new scent, or ask us about responsible recycling.

Vessels submitted for refill must be in good condition with no visible cracks or chips.

How It Works:

Clean Your Heart Notes Vessel

Remove excess wax with a spoon. Pour in warm water to soften the remaining wax, lift out the pieces, then wash with dish soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Never discard wax in the drain.

For refills, use a candle vessel originally purchased from Heart Notes Candle Bar. It must have no visible cracks or chips.

Bring It Back

Bring your clean candle vessel to our Katy boutique. We’ll confirm whether it is eligible for a refill or responsible recycling.

Refill or Reimagine

Choose a new scent and refill an eligible candle vessel originally purchased from Heart Notes Candle Bar for $5 off, or ask us about recycling it responsibly.

Vessels must be in good condition with no visible cracks or chips.
