Before you schedule
$10 reserves each guest’s seat. Creations are purchased at the studio.
Choose the experience and the total number of guests inside the scheduling calendar. The seating fee reserves your curator and is separate from the item each guest makes.
At your visit
Each guest chooses and pays for their creation. A candle experience starts at $49 total per guest, including the $10 seating fee.
Session length
Plan for 90 minutes for standard DIY appointments. The calendar shows the exact start and end time.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full seating-fee refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
Candle pickup
Candles need two to four hours to cool. Please plan to return to pick them up within 14 days. Flat-rate shipping is available but may be limited during extreme heat.
Walk-ins
Tuesday–Friday: no walk-ins; all workshops must be booked in advance. Saturday walk-ins are allowed only at the start or end of a workshop, subject to available seating. Specialty workshops always require reservations.
Important: Set the number of participants while on the scheduling calendar. Do not change the quantity later in the cart or at checkout.

Perfume and cologne sessions must be booked separately from other DIY experiences. Candle, room spray, and diffuser experiences may be combined.
How booking works
- Choose your experience and participant count in the scheduler.
- Select an available date and time.
- Complete the waiver. Additional participants may return to the website to submit a separate waiver.
- Pay the seating fee at checkout; pay for creations at the studio.
